Payment
We provide super-bills for insurance plans that you will send to your insurance provider for reimbursement for your visits. We ask that full payment be made at the time of service. Acceptable methods of payment include cash, e-transfer, cheque and credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice. Appointments that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice (except in emergencies) will incur a fee.
Phone/Email Policy
We are pleased to assist with questions about your current treatment plan via phone/email. However, inquiries that take longer than 10 minutes or are unrelated to your current treatment plan will be charged at the standard hourly rate.​
